Questions
Remote engagements — software, cloud, consultancy — can start within days. Where the work is physical we arrange a site visit within a week of your first call, with discovery findings about a week after that. Small remedial jobs, a failing switch or a camera run or a broken integration, we often take on the same week.
Wherever you are. Software, cloud and consultancy engagements are delivered remotely, and we take projects internationally and across time zones. For physical work — cabling, network hardware, CCTV and access control — engineers travel to site, with visits scheduled into the plan and priced up front before anything starts.
Always. We do not hand over a system and disappear. Every engagement ends with a support agreement covering the whole stack we delivered — application, network and hardware — with a response time agreed in writing.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We audit what is there, document it — often for the first time — and tell you plainly what to keep, what to repair and what to replace. We will work with your current vendors where that serves you.
It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we do commit to: a fixed price agreed before work starts, an itemised bill of materials with real part numbers, and no change to the figure unless you change the scope. Discovery is quoted separately and on its own is a small fraction of a full project.
Yes — switches, servers, cameras, access control, cabling and racks. We specify against your requirement rather than a supplier's margin, and we show you the bill of materials line by line so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
